Who We Are

AI-Proof is operated by l33t LLC. When this policy refers to “we,” “us,” or “our,” it means l33t LLC.

Information We Collect

Information you provide

• Assessment data — job title, industry, years of experience, company size, and daily tasks you enter into the career assessment form.
• Account data — name and email address when you create an account or subscribe to our Career Weather emails.
• Profile data — additional career details you optionally add to your dashboard profile (skills, career goals, anxiety level).
• Payment data — processed by Stripe. We never see or store your full card number.

Information collected automatically

• Usage analytics — page views and feature usage via PostHog. We do not sell this data.
• Advertising pixels — if you arrive via a Facebook or Instagram ad, the Meta Pixel may collect interaction data (e.g., that you completed an assessment). You can opt out via your Facebook ad settings.
• Cookies — session cookies for authentication (Clerk) and analytics. No third-party advertising cookies beyond the Meta Pixel described above.

How We Use Your Information

• Generate your AI resilience score and personalized report.
• Send you Career Weather email digests (if you subscribe — unsubscribe anytime with one click).
• Power dashboard features: reskilling pathways, scenario planning, AI career coach, skills verification, and the anxiety toolkit.
• Improve the product and fix bugs.
• Measure ad campaign performance (Meta Pixel conversion events).

AI and Large Language Models

We use Anthropic's Claude models to generate your resilience score, career coaching responses, reskilling pathways, and email digests. Your assessment and profile data is sent to Anthropic for processing. Anthropic does not use your data to train their models. See Anthropic's privacy policy for details.

Data Sharing

We do not sell your personal information. We may share data with trusted third-party service providers who help us operate the platform — including hosting, authentication, payment processing, email delivery, analytics, AI processing, and advertising. These providers only access the data necessary to perform their functions and are bound by their own privacy policies.

Data Retention

Assessment results are retained indefinitely so you can revisit your report. Account and profile data is retained while your account is active. Email subscriber data is deleted upon unsubscribe. You can request deletion of all your data by emailing privacy@getl33t.com.

Your Rights

Depending on your location, you may have the right to access, correct, delete, or export your personal data. To exercise any of these rights, email privacy@getl33t.com. We will respond within 30 days.

Children

AI-Proof is not intended for use by anyone under the age of 16. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.

Changes to This Policy

We may update this policy from time to time. Material changes will be communicated via email to registered users. The “last updated” date at the top reflects the most recent revision.
