Agreement

By accessing or using AI-Proof (“the Service”), operated by l33t LLC (“we,” “us,” “our”), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

The Service

AI-Proof provides AI-generated career resilience assessments, reskilling pathways, career coaching, scenario planning, and related tools. The Service is for informational and educational purposes only.

Accounts

Some features require an account. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials and for all activity under your account. You must provide accurate information and be at least 16 years old to use the Service.

Subscriptions and Payments

Paid plans (Pro) are billed on a recurring basis through Stripe. You can cancel anytime through your dashboard billing settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis — contact privacy@getl33t.com if you have a billing concern.

Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable laws.
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, or extract data from the Service beyond normal use.
• Submit false, misleading, or abusive content through assessment forms, coaching, or any other input.
• Resell, redistribute, or commercially exploit the Service or its outputs without our written permission.
• Interfere with or disrupt the Service's infrastructure.

AI-Generated Content Disclaimer

The Service uses AI models to generate scores, recommendations, coaching responses, and other content. This output is not professional career advice, financial advice, or therapy. It is provided “as is” for informational purposes. AI outputs may be inaccurate, incomplete, or outdated. You should not make major career or financial decisions based solely on AI-Proof's output. We are not liable for decisions made based on the Service's recommendations.

Intellectual Property

The Service, its design, code, and branding are owned by l33t LLC. You retain ownership of any content you submit (assessment inputs, journal entries, etc.). By using the Service, you grant us a limited license to process your content as needed to provide the Service.

Privacy

Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, l33t LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability for any claim related to the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim, or $100, whichever is greater.

Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time, with or without cause, with or without notice. You may stop using the Service at any time. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we will notify registered users by email. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles.
